Welcome to episode 367 of Sexology Podcast! Today I am delighted to be speaking with Dr. Ricky Arenson. In today’s episode, Dr. Arenson will be sharing his expertise on his recently published book titled “Women are Superior to Men.” We will delve into the motivations and revelations that inspired his work, as well as delve into the complexities of relationships and the significance of comprehending dynamic interactions.

Dr. Ricky Arenson, raised under the shadow of Table Mountain in Cape Town, was deeply influenced by the societal divisions of Apartheid, fueling his commitment to bridging gaps in today’s “identity politics.” Diagnosed with ADHD in childhood, he channeled his energy into creative pursuits like drawing and poetry, developing a unique perspective that later enriched his personal and professional life.

Meeting his wife in medical school, Dr. Arenson’s relationship blossomed from her initial academic encouragement into a deep admiration for her roles as a wife and mother. This experience shaped his views on gender roles, inspiring him to advocate for the joys and magic of enduring love and marriage.

An award-winning teacher and dual specialist in Endocrinology and Geriatric Medicine, Dr. Arenson is passionate about teaching relationship management as a key to happiness. His career, marked by significant roles in medical leadership, has been a journey in learning about humility, humanity, and the pursuit of happiness.
